Application

TSP 100 – 900 application - Directions for use
- Aerosol preparation: Fill the aerosol with the desired paint (TSP 100: Solvent based – TSP 900: waterbased).
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface to remove any grease, wax, or dirt. For best results, lightly sand the area.
- Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts rattling.
- Test Spray: Apply a small amount on a test surface to check compatibility and colour match.
- Apply: Spray in smooth, sweeping motions about 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) from the surface.
- Dry Time: Allow at least 10 minutes between coats and 24 hours for full cure.
- Clear Coat: For added protection and gloss, apply a compatible 1K or 2K clear coat.
- Nozzle Maintenance: Clear the nozzle by inverting the can and spraying for a few seconds.
