Application

TSP 520 application - Directions for use
- Preparation: Remove the wheel and clean it thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease, or previous coatings.
- Sanding: Lightly sand the surface for better adhesion.
- Masking: Mask off the tire and any areas you do not wish to paint.
- Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts rattling.
- Test Spray: Apply a small amount to a hidden area to check compatibility and finish.
- Application: Hold the can 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) from the surface and apply 2-3 even coats, allowing 10-15 minutes of drying time between each coat.
- Curing: Allow at least 24 hours for the paint to fully cure before reinstalling the wheels.
- Clean Nozzle: Invert the can and spray for 2-3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
