    TSP 530

    The ultimate solution for SPOT, MIG & TIG welding applications. This acrylate resin-based primer boasts a high concentration of copper in its dry film, ensuring robust rust protection. With a fast-drying formulation, it accelerates the welding process while maintaining excellent adhesive properties. This versatile primer can be applied both before and after welding, and it's compatible with most lacquer systems for easy painting.

    Application

    TSP 530 Application - Directions for Use:

    1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface of dirt, grease, and rust. Sanding may be required for optimal adhesion.
    2. Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts rattling.
    3. Test Spray: Apply a test patch to ensure compatibility and desired results.
    4. Application: Hold the can 8-12 inches from the surface and spray a thin, even coat.
    5. Drying Time: Allow to dry for at least 10 minutes before welding.
    6. Weld: Perform your welding operations. The primer does not need to be removed prior to welding.
    7. Nozzle Maintenance: Invert the can and spray for 2-3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
