TSP 530 Application - Directions for Use:
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface of dirt, grease, and rust. Sanding may be required for optimal adhesion.
- Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts rattling.
- Test Spray: Apply a test patch to ensure compatibility and desired results.
- Application: Hold the can 8-12 inches from the surface and spray a thin, even coat.
- Drying Time: Allow to dry for at least 10 minutes before welding.
- Weld: Perform your welding operations. The primer does not need to be removed prior to welding.
- Nozzle Maintenance: Invert the can and spray for 2-3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
