    Key features

      • Transparant, tacky and washable coating for the protection of spraybooth walls against overspray. Product stays tacky in order to hold on to swirling dust.
      • Apply one thick layer by means of a pressure tank, airmix in 1 thick layer.
      • Remove afterwards with water and sponge.
      • Biodegradable.
      • Remove or apply another coat when the product is no longer tacky.
      • Average consumption per spraybooth: 12L.
      • Depending on temperature and humidity, the product will stay tacky for 10-12 weeks.
      • Number of layers (min-max): 1/3
      • Coverage: 10m²/L/layer
      • Can be applied over 2 dried layers of powerpeel for easy removal.

    Directions for use with pressure tank:

    1. Use a pressure tank like our SPG 80, with a nozzle 2.0-2.5mm. pressure in the tank should be at 2.0-2.5 bar.
    2. Do NOT dilute the product.
    3. Apply in 1 closed layer.
    4. When product starts drying out, apply an additional coat. Coats can be built up to a total of 3.
    5. Clean using hot water and sponge, with addition of a drop of liquid soap, or pressure sprayer.

    Directions for use with paint roller:

    1. Apply a thin smooth layer, to prevent product from dripping / sagging.
    2. Do NOT dilute the product.
    3. Re-apply after product loses stickiness.
