Directions for use
Product should be applied at an average room temperature of 18-22°C.
Powerpeel can be applied with:
- Paint roller.
- SPG500 spray gun, with 2.5mm nozzle, at 2.5 – 3.0 bar.
- SPG80 pressure tank, with 2.5mm – 3.0mm nozzle, 3.0 bar at pressure tank.
- Airless system, 0.017” spray opening.
Product is ready to be used, never dilute as it will have a negative effect on the performance of the product.
Spray booth application:
- Apply white powerpeel all over the spraybooth.
- Wait till dry, drying time at 20°C 40-60 min, depending on layer thickness and airflow.
- Cut out the silhouette of the light fixtures or windows and remove the white film.
- Apply transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
- Wait till dry, drying time at 20°C 40-60 min, depending on layer thickness and airflow.
- Ready to paint.
- Apply white powerpeel all over the spraybooth
- Wait till dry
- Apply 2nd layer white powerpeel all over the spraybooth
- Cut out the silhouette of the light fixtures or windows and remove the white film
- Apply transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
- Wait till dry.
- Apply a 2nd layer transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
- Wait till dry.
- Apply the full layer Finixa CBP over the pre-treated spraybooth.
