PWP application

Directions for use

Product should be applied at an average room temperature of 18-22°C.

Powerpeel can be applied with:

1. Paint roller.
2. SPG500 spray gun, with 2.5mm nozzle, at 2.5 – 3.0 bar.
3. SPG80 pressure tank, with 2.5mm – 3.0mm nozzle, 3.0 bar at pressure tank.
4. Airless system, 0.017” spray opening.

When used with SPG 80 pressure tank, the 5L canister fits in perfectly in the tank for faster setup and easy cleaning of the equipment.
Product is ready to be used, never dilute as it will have a negative effect on the performance of the product.

Spray booth application:

1. Apply white powerpeel all over the spraybooth.
2. Wait till dry, drying time at 20°C 40-60 min, depending on layer thickness and airflow.
3. Cut out the silhouette of the light fixtures or windows and remove the white film.
4. Apply transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
5. Wait till dry, drying time at 20°C 40-60 min, depending on layer thickness and airflow.
6. Ready to paint.

Protection with tacky coating:

1. Apply white powerpeel all over the spraybooth
2. Wait till dry
3. Apply 2nd layer white powerpeel all over the spraybooth
4. Cut out the silhouette of the light fixtures or windows and remove the white film
5. Apply transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
6. Wait till dry.
7. Apply a 2nd layer transparent powerpeel to the light fixture and windows.
8. Wait till dry.
9. Apply the full layer Finixa CBP over the pre-treated spraybooth.
