Our transparent, tacky, and washable coating safeguards your spray booth walls from overspray, effectively trapping swirling dust. Apply with a spray gun (2.5 mm nozzle) in two or three coats for extended effectiveness. Reapplication reactivates the product. Easy removal with water and sponge, and it's biodegradable. With an average consumption of 15 liters per booth, it offers up to 6-8 weeks of tackiness, depending on temperature and humidity. Can be applied over 2 dried layers of PowerPeel for easy removal.

- • Transparant, tacky and washable coating for the protection of spraybooth walls against overspray. Product stays tacky in order to hold on to swirling dust.

- • Apply with spray gun (2.5) in two or three coats. The thicker the total coat, the longer it stays active. Applying another coat after some time will re-activate the product.

Application

CBP P applicationDirections for use with spray gun:
- Use a spray gun with nozzle 2.0 – 2.5mm. Spraying pressure should be at 2-3 bar.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Apply in a minimum of 2 closed layers. Coats can be built up to a total of 4.
- Clean using hot water and sponge, with addition of a drop of liquid soap, or pressure sprayer.
- Use a pressure tank like our SPG 80, with a nozzle 2.0-2.5mm. pressure in the tank should be at 2.0-2.5 bar.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Apply in 1 closed layer.
- When product starts drying out, apply an additional coat. Coats can be built up to a total of 3.
- Clean using hot water and sponge, with addition of a drop of liquid soap, or pressure sprayer.
- Apply a thin smooth layer, to prevent product from dripping / sagging.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Re-apply after product loses stickiness.
