Application

SPDA-SPDD-SPDE-SPDS application - Directions for use

Intended to be used on a excentric rotating sander. The discs can only be used for dry sanding. For use on paints, wood, polyester fillers, and primers.

  1. Start the sander ON the surface and stop OFF the surface. This will significantly reduce swirl marks.
  2. Apply light hand pressure on the sander and allow the backing pad to move freely. Let the tool do the work.
  3. Run the sander flat on the surface to prevent gouging.
  4. Follow a set pattern when sanding. This ensures that previous scratches are removed and a uniform finish is reached. Always follow the sanding steps prescribed by your paint supplier.
