Ideal for bare plates, it eliminates the risk of corrosion and ensures a shrink-free, bubble-free finish. With sound and vibration absorption properties, MSA 100 stands out in versatility—compatible with overspraying using common 1K or 2K paint systems. Free from isocyanates, phthalates, solvents, or silicones, it offers a permanent, elastic bond on various surfaces, even damp ones.     Application

    MSA 100 application - Directions for Use:

    1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease or dust.
    2. Cartridge Loading: Load the cartridge into a compatible applicator gun.
    3. Application: Apply the adhesive to one or both surfaces as required, do not put in dots, use a cam for longer areas.
    4. Joining: Press the parts together firmly.
    5. Cure Time: Allow 24 hours for a layer thickness of 2-3mm to fully cure.
    6. Cleanup: Remove excess adhesive with a suitable cleaner before it cures.
