SPG 500 - Spray gun CC 500 (black chrome) - without kit

SPG 500
With minimal overspray and maximum transfer efficiency, it features LVLP technology, achieving over 74% effective transfer efficiency. The lightweight anodized aluminum body is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based paints. The spray gun requires an airfeed pressure between 1.8 and 2.2 bar and comes with a 500 ml cup (also available separately as spare part SPG 500C). Note that the nozzle set is to be purchased separately (not included).

Application

SPG application - Directions for use

  1. Clean and degrease spray gun before first use, this way you make sure there is no contamination inside when you start using the product.
  2. Check nozzle size with paint manufacturer technical recommendations, switch when needed.
  3. Attach spray cup clockwise on spray gun.
  4. Put desired coating in the spray cup.
  5. Close lid.
  6. Apply air pressure according to technical recommendations.
  7. Spray coating.
  8. After finishing work, always make sure to disassemble and clean the spray gun using proper cleaning agents according the used coating.
  9. Blow dry spray gun after cleaning.
  10. Store in clean conditions until next use.
