Our biggest concern is your time

More efficient work processes mean saving time, which in turn means saving labour costs.  On average, 55% of the total cost to repair damage to a car is attributed to labour. Partly due to the fact that a lot of time is spent on sanding as part of the repair process.

So, reducing sanding times means reducing labour costs, providing extra time for more repairs. SharpWhite sands up to 20% faster than the average sanding disc. Using SharpWhite significantly reduces labour costs and allows technicians to do more repairs. More repairs lead to more revenue and a greater use of invested equipment and spray booth, allowing a faster return on investment.

Premium quality

High initial cutting power

The abrasive is made of self-sharpening ceramic aluminium oxide grains. Once used, grains are broken out of the granulate by the sanding forces, creating new and sharp grain tips. This gives a very high initial cutting power, which in turn results in saving sanding time and labour costs.

Longer disc life

The disc comes with a white, anti-clogging coating that helps keep it from loading up during sanding. It evacuates the heat/temperature which results in a cooler surface. This anti-clogging feature means both longer life and more efficient sanding.

Excellent dust extraction

Better dust extraction due to the multi-hole pattern. The multi-hole pattern helps create a cleaner and safer working environment for all body shop co-workers. Better dust removal also results in more sanding efficiency and a longer disc life. Additionally, the multi-hole pattern allows a quick and easy disc change on any type of pad.

Adapted to the latest paint systems

The film disc is adapted to work perfectly on the latest paint systems such as air-drying primers, scratch-resistant clearcoats and UV cured paints.

Ultra flat film backing

The film backing is tear-resistant, brings a smooth and even surface finish and is suited for wet and dry applications. The ultra flat film backing results in a consistent scratch pattern.
