The all-in-one set includes waterproof abrasives (SPLA 0800 and 1000), an ammonia-free water-based cleaner and degreaser (TSP 600 FOAM-IT aerosol 400 ml), and a 2K clear coat with perfect adhesion on polycarbonate (TSP 710 aerosol 250 ml). Application

HRS 00 Application - Directions for Use:
- Preparation:
- Clean the headlight surface to remove dirt and grease.
- Mask off surrounding areas to protect them from abrasion and overspray.
- Sanding:
- Start with the P800 abrasive to sand away the yellowed and damaged layer.
- Cleaning:
- Apply the water-based cleaner to remove any sanding residue.
- Wipe clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Sanding:
- Use P1000 abrasive to smooth out the surface.
- Cleaning:
- Apply the water-based cleaner to remove any sanding residue.
- 2K Clear Coat Application:
- Shake the 2K clear coat can for about 2 minutes.
- Activate the 2K clear coat can.
- Apply a thin, even layer of the 2K clear coat over the sanded and cleaned surface.
- Give 5-10 minutes flash-off time before applying a 2nd layer.
- Apply a full, even layer of the 2K clear coat over the sanded and cleaned surface.
- Drying Time:
- Allow at least 60 minutes for the clear coat to be touch dry.
- For optimal results, allow 24 hours for full curing.
- Clean Up:
- Remove masking tape and clean up any spills or drips with a suitable solvent.
