Effortlessly eliminate bonded surface contaminants such as overspray, bug debris, road tar, rail dust, and fresh water spots. Restore your vehicle's smooth, glossy finish and prepare the paint for polishing or waxing. This non-abrasive clay bar is safe for clear-coat and single-stage paints, as well as glass, metal, and plastic. For the best results, pair it with our clean clay lubricant (CCL 10).

Application

CCB 00 & CCL 10 application

Wash the surface thoroughly with car shampoo (CSH 05) to remove surface dirt and grit.
Take out one or both pieces of cleaning clay (CCB 00) and knead until it becomes flexible.
Check CCB 00 for any heavy dirt particles that could scratch. If contaminated too much replace with a new bar.
Flatten the piece of CCB 00 to start the process.
Wet the surface with cleaning clay lubricant (CCL 10). Using the flattened piece of CCB 00, move in an overlapping pattern similar to sanding.
Inspect the surface periodically to determine if contaminants are being removed. Wipe with a clean microfibre cloth (POL 40) and repeat the process if necessary.
Place CCB 00 in the airtight container after work is done.
Surface is now ready to wax, seal or polish by hand or machine, depending upon the original condition of the paint.
