De PLI 01 - Plastic Repair Set "Fast" is ideaal voor het snel bevestigen en repareren van fixaties en beugels. Met een open tijd en werk tijd van slechts 25 seconden biedt deze set een snelle en efficiënte oplossing. Binnen 3 minuten is de reparatie stevig vastgeklemd en na 5 minuten al schuurklaar, wat zorgt voor minimale wachttijd en een vlotte afwerking.

De PLI 02 - Plastic Repair Set "Medium" is perfect voor het herstellen van scheuren en barsten in kunststof. Dankzij een open en werk tijd van 1,5 minuten heb je iets meer ruimte om nauwkeurig te werken, terwijl de reparatie binnen 5 minuten stevig vastzit. Na 10 minuten is het oppervlak klaar om geschuurd te worden, waardoor deze set een evenwichtige combinatie biedt tussen snelheid en controle.

De PLI 03 - Plastic Repair Set "Slow" is geschikt voor reparaties die een langere verwerkingstijd vereisen. Met een open tijd van 3,5 minuten en een werk tijd van 5 minuten biedt deze set voldoende flexibiliteit voor zorgvuldige toepassingen. Na 10 minuten is de reparatie stevig gefixeerd en binnen 30 minuten schuurklaar, wat zorgt voor een duurzame en nauwkeurige afwerking.

Toepassing

Toepassing van PLI 01-02-03 - Instructies voor gebruik:

Open tijd kiezen: Kies het patroon met de juiste open tijd op basis van de behoeften van uw project.
Oppervlaktevoorbereiding: Zorg ervoor dat alle oppervlakken schoon, droog en vet- en stofvrij zijn.
Patroon plaatsen: Plaats het 2K PU-patroon in een compatibel spuitpistool met twee reservoirs.
Mengen en aanbrengen: Doseer een kleine testhoeveelheid om te mengen en breng vervolgens de lijm aan op de te lijmen oppervlakken.
Verbinden en vastklemmen: Lijn de delen uit en druk ze op elkaar. Zet ze vast terwijl de lijm uithardt.
Uitharden: Neem voldoende tijd voor volledige uitharding volgens de productrichtlijnen.
