- • Transparant, tacky and washable coating for the protection of spraybooth walls against overspray. Product stays tacky in order to hold on to swirling dust.

- • Apply with spray gun (2.5) in two or three coats. The thicker the total coat, the longer it stays active. Applying another coat after some time will re-activate the product.

- • Remove afterwards with water and sponge.

- • Biodegradable.

- • Remove or apply another coat when the product is no longer tacky.

- • Average consumption per spraybooth: 15L.

- • Depending on temperature and humidity, product will stay tacky for 6 - 8 weeks.

- • Can be applied over 2 dried layers of powerpeel for easy removal

Application

CBP P applicationDirections for use with spray gun:
- Use a spray gun with nozzle 2.0 – 2.5mm. Spraying pressure should be at 2-3 bar.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Apply in a minimum of 2 closed layers. Coats can be built up to a total of 4.
- Clean using hot water and sponge, with addition of a drop of liquid soap, or pressure sprayer.
- Use a pressure tank like our SPG 80, with a nozzle 2.0-2.5mm. pressure in the tank should be at 2.0-2.5 bar.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Apply in 1 closed layer.
- When product starts drying out, apply an additional coat. Coats can be built up to a total of 3.
- Clean using hot water and sponge, with addition of a drop of liquid soap, or pressure sprayer.
- Apply a thin smooth layer, to prevent product from dripping / sagging.
- Do NOT dilute the product.
- Re-apply after product loses stickiness.
